- Why are your services so expensive?
We believe our prices are not expensive and are very affordable for the services and value that they deliver. We understand that there may be similar services that you may be able to avail at lower costs but we also know that there are services of similar standard and quality that are multiples of what we price. We therefore believe that we exist in a mid-range of the market.
We do not aim to be the lowest in the market. Our aim is to offer the highest standards of quality and performance at affordable prices and we do not dilute our objectives or the value that our products deliver.
All our prices have been carefully computed to be affordable and fair to our customers and also to be sustainable for us to meet the high quality and service standards that we offer. We do not make any compromises in our process or standards of quality and service and in turn expect that our prices enable us to sustain and deliver these services to our customers. We also invest extensively in our people, research and infrastructure and these enable us to upgrade and enhance our systems and facilities and ensure that our customers are always abreast of the state-of-the-art in design, marketing and technology globally.
We respect and comply with global intellectual property and standards. Our software and copyright information is licensed and paid for and these add to the costs of our operations but we believe that these are non-negotiable. We only buy sophisticated equipment and tools that are global leaders to ensure that they help us deliver high quality of service. We train and empower members of our organization with extensive inputs, tools and knowledge. We respect laws and comply with requirements be they community, legal, safety or the environment.
All of these are factored into our prices and we believe that our processes are efficient and fully justify our prices. We believe that our prices are the best that we can offer for the levels of quality and service that they deliver and provide adequate value to our customers.
We speak extensively to our customers and the feedback that we receive is that our prices are appropriate and attractive for the value that we offer. Our validation also comes from the extent of repeat and renewal business that we have from our customers, some going back several years.
We believe you too will be satisfied that you have been received adequate value for your purchases with the quality of design, service and performance that our products offer. We welcome feedback and criticism and request you to kindly let us know any thoughts that you may have on our services and pricing. We will be glad to discuss these with you and will take corrective measures as and when required.
- Do you offer any discounts and can I negotiate these with your business team?
Our prices have been worked out carefully to ensure that they cover the costs that we need to deliver quality service and at the same time be affordable for our customers. We understand that there may be lower quotes that you may receive. Our prices are determined by the comprehensiveness and quality of services that we provide and have been validated by several hundred customers who have continued to renew their services year after year.
We do not offer discounts on our prices and our business team will not be able to do so. We do have promotions and offers that provide additional value and lower total costs of our services. These promotions and offers are announced and detailed on our website.
Our mission is however to assist our customers and empower them with effective marketing, through good design and digital media. We will look into situations that merit flexibility and endeavour to provide services that benefit our customers.
- What are your payment terms?
- You need to pay total order value during confirmation
- Your orders will be invoiced on the same day of placing them
- Order processing begins immediately

- Do you offer refunds?
Orders once confirmed cannot be revoked or changed. The processing of our orders begins immediately and cannot be cancelled as work is affected on them and in some cases costs are incurred by us with our service providers. We do not offer refunds for any of our orders unless there is a case of negligence of non-delivery due to errors at our end. In such cases we will be able to consider part-refund of the amounts paid to cover the costs of services that have not been rendered. In all cases our total liability is limited to the total value of the order. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages caused and requires that customers indemnify us against any legal actions and suits. All our work is done on behalf of our customers and our customers take responsibility and ownership of the work done and for any infringements or losses.
- How do you handle copyrights and intellectual property violations?
All our designs and work are completely original and we forbid any copying or theft of intellectual property. However for purposes of illustration and examples we use images and copyright material for mock-ups and internal presentations with a condition that these be purchased or reimbursed by customers when we render them into final creations. For some of our products, customers have only license rights to use them and not complete ownership. Where our products are for custom design the complete ownership of these creations are transferred automatically to our customers and we relinquish any claim or ownership of these.
We respect and value all copyright, trademarks and intellectual property laws globally and requires our customers to comply with them as well.
All our work is done on behalf of our customers and responsibility and ownership for copyrights and intellectual property rest completely with our customers. We require that our customers confirm that they will indemnify and protect us from any violations, suits, legal actions and damages that may result from the exhibit and use of our work.
Members of our organization are trained to ensure completely respect and compliance of intellectual property and are expected not to make any offers that will be in violation of these.
- How do you escalate complaints?
We value integrity, honesty, business ethics, respect of intellectual property and compliance with laws of nations and train members of our organization to respect and comply with these strictly. If there are any offers or violations of these essential tenets, we will immediately take action against members including termination of their employment and tenure with us.
We request you to please send us an email or call us in complete confidence if you have been made offers or been subject to inappropriate behaviour or service.
We have a well defined process for escalation and serious offences are dealt with by our executive management and the board. We endeavour to be good citizens and honest and committed service providers and there will be no-compromise on any violation or any harm that is caused to our customers, service providers, members of public, society and the environment as a result of actions by members of our organization.
